Range Overview

The Hammer 2.5–3.5t 4WD rough-terrain forklift is built on a long-proven 2WD platform and re-engineered with a four-wheel drive system for superior performance, economy and longevity. The full-floating hydraulic transmission gearbox allows on-the-move switching between 2WD and 4WD for higher running speeds and stronger gradeability. The drive axle carries wide-base deep-tread tyres, wet brakes, a differential mechanism with electronic lock and a reinforced steering drive axle to handle special working conditions. The new dynamic load-sensing hydraulic steering reduces hydraulic loss and improves energy efficiency, while a new LED lighting system uses a fresh reflector design for greater illumination at lower energy cost. Operator comfort comes from rubber dampers between the frame and steering axle, a compound engine damper, full-floating power train and full-floating seat and cabin — driving vibration and noise are significantly reduced. New-generation LCD instrument and integrated electric box make maintenance and diagnostics straightforward.
