How quickly can you get to a breakdown?
Same-day in Perth, Karratha and Melbourne metro. Regional response is typically next business day. Hire and LiftTrace customers are prioritised.
Do you service equipment we didn't buy from you?
Yes. We service Bobcat, Hammer, CVS Ferrari and most major brands of forklift, generator, air compressor and lighting tower regardless of where you bought it.
Do you supply loan units during major repairs?
Where possible, yes. Loan units are subject to availability and are usually offered to customers on a service agreement first. Talk to our team early so we can plan.
What's covered under the LiftTrace warranty extension?
LiftTrace-monitored machines that follow the recommended service schedule are eligible for extended powertrain coverage. Full terms are provided with each agreement.
Can you do compliance inspections at our site?
Yes. We carry mobile load test gear and can issue AS 2359 compliance documentation on site. Bookings typically fit within a 2–3 week lead time.
