We are requiring an experienced Capital Sales - Sales Representative targeting new clients and penetrate industries to increase our market share. Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company’s brands, products, services capabilities to a high standard.
- Achieve and surpass sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales with key marketing strategies and tactics.
- Generate leads and build relationships, by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
- Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and the ability adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- The ability to be able to sell products on the quality of the brand and equipment over price.
- Solutions driven for both internal and external clients.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Sales Manager on CRM completion, customer interaction and feedback on industry trends
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Develop an in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demonstrations of equipment.
- Relay objections clearly to sales management
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential clients, often utilizing product demonstrations and presentations.
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
- In consultation with the Sales Manager, liaise and plan marketing campaigns and timed target audiences.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years in sales within a sales role
- Excellent communication ability, problem-solving, professional presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Personal integrity
